La experiencia de ser un líder en cultura de la escucha ha marcado mi vida estudiantil, porque gracias a este merito las relaciones con mis compañeros y profesores han mejorado por lo tanto existe mucho mas diálogo entre las partes.
El hecho de pertenecer a una institución tan grandiosa como lo es nuestro colegio "Nueva Zelandia" me llena de grandeza al ver que se aplican espacios en donde todas las personas podemos ser participes con nuestros pensamientos y nuestras acciones, y unos de esos espacios es la Cultura de la escucha, un espacio en donde aprendo a escuchar a los demás sin importar lo que son, y al vez soy escuchado con mucho respeto cuando realizo alguna incursión con los demás.
El éxito de este espacio se basa en que al ser personas razonables, poseemos la capacidad de entender que todos tenemos distintas perspectivas hacia las cosas y eso se fundamenta en el respeto, que en esencia es la actitud que se debe mantener en este espacio. Muchas gracias
The experience of being leading the listening culture, at my school, has marked my student life, because thanks to this merit, the relations to my companions and teachers have improved much more, and talking among us is better every day.
The fact of belonging to an institution as great as our school "New Zealand" is a greatness reason, because here, we can find places to live what we are, live our thoughts and actions, and some of these spaces are the listening culture., a space where I learn to listen to the other people without mattering that they are, and I am listened too, using to the respect as a basic value, when I realize some incursion with the other ones.
The success of this space is based on having been reasonable persons, the aptitude to understand that we can act together, all of us have different perspectives towards the things and it is based on the teaching and the mood of way to follow up, which in essence is the attitude that must be kept in this space. Thank you very much,
